PHOENIX PARK APARTMENTS
Providing residents access to comprehensive services and supports
RFCE staff facilitates, coordinates and implements a variety of human/social services for the overall empowerment of residents a the Phoenix Park and Providence Place apartment communities. We develop a rapport with residents and youth to increase trust, understanding and mutual respect. We provide programs to assist residents to overcome barriers to self-esteem, personal development and employment.
